Building an effective online presence for your website

What is it that makes us like one website and dislike another.

There are many factors that play a part in making us like and dislike things but there is one guarantee. You cannot win everyone over with one design, or can you?

  • Colour
  • Imagery
  • Readability
  • Simple and clear

Above are just some of the common factors that play a major part in modern online design. With viewers becoming more and more educated and aware, it is critical that we listen to them as they make our designs work with new ideas, their likes, dislikes and critical feedback.

Here is a quick test for you. Have a look around the web for your business or subject and mark down why you like looking at some websites and not others.

You should find that whatever your preference to colour is, the fact that the site is easy to use, clear, legible and says what it is from the outset draws you in. From thereon in the consistant navigation, and well written content is the crucial component.

All of these factors are considered during our design process and we focus on the end user to make sure their needs are met.
