PING Content Management System Terms

We have deliberately created a price point for this high end website solution that small businesses can afford.

What's great about it is we help you for the entire website lifecycle and hide nothing.

That said please read the following details of sale to get a better understaning of what is within our package.

Southern Creative will allow or provide:

  • Provide a content management system allowing you to edit your own site
  • Provide website hosting as this is an all in package you are buying
  • Provide email accounts for POP3
  • Create 2 visuals as options for you to choose from when starting the design process. You may also provide us with visuals if you have them from your own designer.
  • We will build the site and put a selection of pages in place allowing you to see how the site is built.
  • Provide a brief telephone training session on using the basic features.
  • Provide lifelong support via email and phone using our cms
  • Provide advice regards SEO and content production for the website.

Southern Creative and PING won't allow or provide:

  • Site visits are a chargeable extra as we cannot provide you with such a competitive quote and be expected to take over half a day out of the office, but rest assured this is what we are very good at.
  • Write content for you, unless you pay us to.
  • Produce an Adwords campaign, all of our sites build there own place in organic listings
  • Stop answering your calls once the site is built and paid for.
  • You can't provide any illegal material including pornographic, software or online distribution services using our servers and cms.

Any site developed using PING for a reseller:

  • Will come under the control of PING and Southern Creative
  • The reseller will not lose touch with their client and will deal with them as normal
  • Any disputes with PING or hosting  must be dealt with directly with Southern Creative
  • The website client will obtain technical support directly from Southern Creative unless the reseller chooses to act as a middle man for support and in that case all emails or phone calls must come from them. We will not reply to both client and reseller when providing email or phone suppport
  • The website client will receive hosting reminders directly from Southern Creative
  • Commission will only be paid on the initial new business and not on subsequent annual hosting renewals
  • Our full fee must be paid within 30 days of the site being commissioned and not based on site launch or completion
  • No additional features will addded to the PING cms without a charge quoted on time taken

All clients must be aware:

  • PING is a fully managed serviced and any site launched in PING remains on our own servers and cannot be relocated
  • Using PING, you are paying for a user licence and not ownership of the PING cms

 

 

If you decide to get us to produce content, build the entire site, produce more than 2 visuals there will be additional costs incurred on an hourly basis, but please be advised this is rarely needed and we are very confident about that.
